This is a treatment method used in patients with a predisposition to skeletal disorders but with a marginal degree of jaw discrepancy. Instead of reversing the natural camouflage seen in patients with skeletal disorders to prepare them for surgery, it is used in cases where ideal bite and tooth alignment can be achieved by increasing the size of the jawbones and teeth as much as possible.
In camouflage treatments, significant improvements are observed in patient profiles as well as changes in the mouth without any surgical procedures, and quality of life related to function increases with the improvement of bite and tooth alignment.
